“I launched my brand in 2017 but I have specialised in creating pet portraits in oil for over 30 years. My paintings can be found in homes across the UK, Europe, US and as far away as Australia. My style is realistic with expressive compliments using colour temperature theory to get my results. My tools are a paintbrush and a palette knife using the ‘alla prima’ technique (wet in wet). This is a masters technique and the result presents a stunning painting full of colour with a real sense of spirit to each subject. The most common feedback I receive is that I capture not only the likeness but also the personality of the dogs I paint.”
